What are your scrunchies made of?

Our current range includes cotton and polycotton fabrics. We are looking into expanding our range as we grow, if you have an idea of a fabric you'd like to see, drop us a message through the contact us page and we'll take a look into it!

How are your scrunchies made?

All our scrunchies are handmade in good old Yorkshire! (UK) To learn more about how we make our scrunchies, and to follow along on our journey, you can check out the behind-the-scenes on our social media profiles (linked at the top of the page)

Can I wash my scrunchie?

Of course! We recommend gently handwashing your scrunchie to maximise its lifespan, as they are handmade with care we think they should be maintained carefully too!

Why do the colours look different than in the pictures?

When we photograph our scrunchies we take care to get the most accurate picture possible, that's why we've got some "studio" style photos to really capture the colours, and some "action shots" in the great outdoors, so you can get a feel for what your scrunchie will look like in different lightings. Unfortunately the display on everyone's phone or computer screen is different, so while there is a chance the colours may look slightly different in real life, we've no doubt they look just as beautiful whatever the setting!

How big are your scrunchies?

The approximate sizes of all our scrunchies can be found here, but please bear in mind that as each one is handmade there may be slight variations. Depending on the thickness of your hair, our scrunchies will wrap around your hair 2-3 times.

Which size of scrunchie will suit me best?

Regular - These average sized scrunchies are perfect for everyone!

Large - For those who want to make a statement, our large scrunchies really pop!

Giant - This is for the wild ones. Great for girlies with thicker hair, and those who really want to pack a punch!

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday-Saturday).

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to get your order out to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at help.hairwegoagain@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request providing that your order has not yet been dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

We have multiple delivery options available both within the UK as well as internationally. As the delivery cost will vary depending on the size of your order, your location and your chosen shipping method, there's really no way to say from here! Don't worry - the delivery cost and options available based on your order size and location will be calculated for you at the checkout before you place your order.

How will I know when my order is going to be delivered?

You can track the progress of your order right up until dispatch in your online account. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your delivery on the Royal Mail website. (Please note that tracking is currently only available in the UK)

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We really hope you love your purchase! However to ensure that you are truly happy with your order, we do offer a 14 day return and exchange policy just in case. Please click here to see this policy in full.

I'm in the UK, what does Tracked 24/Tracked 48 mean?

Tracked 24: Delivery should be within 1-2 working days from dispatch

Tracked 48: Delivery should be within 2-3 working days from dispatch

I'm outside of the UK, when will my order arrive?

Royal Mail estimates the following delivery times;

Europe: 3-5 working days

Elsewhere: 6-7 working days

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

If your country charges any duties or taxes on imports, you will need to settle this when your order arrives. Unfortunately we are unable to cover international duties and taxes, nor will we be able to reimburse you for any fees paid when your order arrives. We do not know whether your country will charge or how much it will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Foreign currency exchange/transaction fees

Please note that we operate in GBP (£). We do not charge any additional fees other than those to cover the cost of the product and shipping. If your bank/card/payment provider charges any additional fees, for example as a result of a difference in currency, these are outside of our control and we will not be able to reimburse these. International taxes may be applied depending on your countries tax policy, which are also out of our control and we are unable to reimburse.
